New projects are saved in Movies/Latch. You do not pick a folder. Use Open project… only if an older project lives somewhere else.
No. This Latch is multicam audio sync for Mac. It lines cameras to a master recording and exports a Resolve timeline. It is not a smart lock or building-access app.
No. Download the app and synchronize a real job. You only need a license when you export the Resolve XML.
In the app: Review & Export → License, or the app menu → License…. Polar emails the key after purchase. It also lives on your Polar purchases page.
